History behind the former Victoria No. 3 Loan and Building Company in Cincinnati, Ohio explored.

The flat for Victoria No. 3 Loan and Building Company was built in 1790 on a lot size of 2,396 square feet. The flat was built out of brick on a stone foundation. By 1963, the flat had 3 large rooms and rent was $49 dollars a month in what was specifically covenanted for colored people (African Americans). The phone number was 513-662-0164. As of 2021, this flat is currently a multi-family duplex with 2-4 units and has a new roof. The entire flat has been cleaned out and is ready for renovations.
