Australian state of Victoria affected the worst wildfires.

The Australian state of Victoria has been affected the worst by this “mega-fire”. 1.2 million hectares of land have perished into flames. Wind continues to push the fire towards Victoria while firefighters continue to put out the wildfires. There are currently 20 fires burning in Victoria. Victoria ranks 2nd in terms of being affected by these wildfires while New South Wales ranks 1st. Other areas in Australia such as New South Wales, Victoria, Blue Mountains, and Bairnsdale have been affected in similar ways. Dry conditions are to blame for these wildfires burning Australia.
