This vacant lot of land located between Hannasch Drive and Dewhurst Road facing Beryl Drive is an ideal location for deaf people to live. They would not be able to hear the traffic noise from I 10. Plus this plot of land is located far away from any major intersection or thoroughfare. However the only problem is traffic from St. Gregory The Great Church. Of course there is a bright side. The land is forested with mesquite trees making the environment more eco-friendly.
