Anderson County officials have planned for a small trucking terminal to be built in Anderson, South Carolina.The development site will be used for the parking and dispatch of 30 trucks including tractor trailers that will move less than once per day. This small trucking terminal will hold an occupancy of with about 30 trucks and no trailers on 1.5 acres of land. 30 trucks will be the maximum occupancy rate for this trucking terminal overall. Access will be the existing drive at South Main Street. No areas will be paved. The fence will have an electric gate only accessible by code. A separate fence is required for security purposes.
