The land for Roe's Milkhouse had been in the name of the Kieke family since at least July 1898. The dairy and farm was owned by Raymond Kieke and the Kieke family on Colton-Bluff Springs Road near the settlement of Pilot Knob, Texas southeast of Austin, Texas.
Roe's Milkhouse was a dairy and farm established in 1948 by Neal Roe and Lois "Louise" Roe on land owned by Raymond Kieke of the Kieke family. Roe's Milkhouse was operated by Neal Roe and Lois "Louise" Roe. Neal Roe was the sole operator of Roe's Milkhouse before transferring the dairy and farm to Lois "Louise" Roe herself.
Roe's Milkhouse was discontinued sometime in the 2000s due to Lois "Louise" Roe aging. Lois Louise Roe passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015. Carma Easton Estates purchased the land from Lois "Louise" Roe in 2016 to build their neighborhood over as part of their suburban development plans. All of their land has now been demolished. Carma Easton Estates owns the property today.
