German man Herman Peter Baden didn't like farming. He wanted to move away and escape the farming business. The rural lifestyle was just not for him. So him and his family moved to a "mansion" at 2327 Putnam Street in Toledo, Ohio in the year of 1924. This silver colored mansion was a wood 3-story house which had many fireplaces, a huge dining room including a built-in buffet with beveled glass doors, a ballroom with doors that slid into the wall, a maids entrance, a 6 foot oak stairway, 2 upstairs apartments for guests, and a wine room. The silver colored mansion and property at 2327 Putnam Street was sold for $5,000 in the early 1990’s to pay for delinquent property taxes. He did not discover the sale until he received “some documents” from Larry Kaczala and Jerome German on August 15, 2006. And he was denied due process. However Junior Clive McHayle provided no facts which reasonably connect any of the defendants to their conduct. Documents were sent to him in August 2006 which “revealed” the sale, but did not allege how they were involved in the sale. So the case was dismissed.
