Provident Heights Baptist Church was established, organized, and constructed at the corner of North 18th Street & Bosque Boulevard in Waco, Texas in the year of 1909. Calvary Baptist Church founded in February 1928, when the congregations of Provident Heights Baptist Church and Brooks Avenue Baptist Church voted to merge.
