John F. Kennedy High School was built in 1970 under the name John F. Kennedy Senior High School which eventually changed to John F. Kennedy High School. John F. Kennedy High School was a high school located in the Lakeview area of New Orleans, Louisiana, in the United States.
John F. Kennedy High School closed down prior to Hurricane Katrina in the fall of 2005. The school's last graduating class was the class of 2005. Hurricane Katrina severely damaged John F. Kennedy High School beyond repair. So the school district was left with no choice but to demolish the school. Today the school has been long forgotten with time.
