The Girl Is Mine has Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney fighting over a girl whom they both love. Michael says that she is his girl but Paul begs to differ. This causes them to have an argument the entire song. So the two continuously argue throughout the song. Of course this creates tension and conflict between the duo.
